Kisses in the Wind for Henry James
Story
On behalf of the Tim, Hayley, Harper and Mimi, please help us raise funds for Finnan's Gift at The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne.
Finnan's Gift was set up by Alisa and Oliver Camplin-Warner to honour their son Finnan, who like our little boy Henry, was diagnosed in-utero with congenital heart disease (CHD) and passed away, well ahead of time. The project aims to raise funds for The Royal Children's Hospital and awareness for CHD, which is the leading cause of death in young children in Australia.
As a family, we've joined Team Finnan's Gift and will take part in the Melbourne Marathon Festival to help raise the $250,000 needed for the 2015 grant. These funds will help purchase vital equipment for the life support machines used on children in intensive care.
As a family we are going to complete the 5km run event for our little boy Henry who is the fifth and very important member of our family. We'd love your support in the form of a small donation for such a worthy cause.
Please click 'Donate Now' to make a secure online donation and help us reach our target.
Thank you so much for your support!
With love,
The James family xxxx
Activity
The Royal Children's Hospital Foundation
The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne is one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, and has been caring for our most vulnerable children and their families for 150 years.
The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation is responsible for raising and distributing funds to support the work of the hospital. All donated funds are used to bridge the gap between government funding and the world-class standard of healthcare the hospital provides.
Generous community support helps to sustain the hospital’s role as international leader tackling some of the world's biggest paediatric health issues. Donated funds drive the hospital’s growth, are utilised only for purposes of excellence, and support the most innovative, life-changing programs and initiatives – that would otherwise not exist – in line with the hospital’s priorities across the areas of research, leadership & training, technology & equipment, and patient and family centered care.
